6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following sub-processors to operate this website:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and security (including DDoS protection). Data may transit through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery. When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Resend to deliver our email notifications. Resend processes data in accordance with GDPR.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. If no ongoing business relationship develops, we delete or anonymise your data within 12 months of the last communication.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. Our site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.

10. Portfolio Companies

Faith Business Group is a holding company. Each of our portfolio companies (Ordere, Exlac, Ordervox) operates as a separate legal entity and maintains its own privacy policy. This policy applies only to faithbusinessgroup.com.
